Battle Cry– God’s armor

Today I write for the weak at heart, the ones whose heads are heavy, and those who are sinking like a rock in their troubles.

If I warned you it is going to hurt would you still join the war? Are you willing to be lead when you are blind? If I warned you it is going to be something you have to do every day would you keep reading? (see: 1 Peter 4:12-13)

Are you ready to be a warrior, brave, a light in the dark, to be lead by the Holy light?

What do you bring to the table today?

What chains have you tied down? Dreams that have been washed away, a failed hope, fear, sorrow, pain, anxiety? Whatever it is I ask that at this very moment you lay it down and pray a prayer with me.

Dear Heavenly Father, today I bring… you fill in blank to you and am asking for your mighty strength in return. Help me to be a warrior today and receive what it is that you have for me, whatever it may be. I call on you in love, to give you all glory and honor today Jesus. In your HOLY name I pray Jesus, Amen.

 This is it.

The troubles that seem endless and the poison that is screaming around in your head telling you lies will be washed away.  These are the very things God uses.

He waits for us to run to Him when the water seems too deep, so he can rescue us and give us hope in him.

He will  pick you up, carry you, strengthen you, guard you, give you hope, and give you someone to count on.

There is no going back after this, once you receive this into your heart God will set you free from the very thing you prayed your prayer for.

Lift your head and give in to what the Lord has to offer you in this very moment.

Why is Baptism important?

Why is anything God says important?

How can we believe and desire to live only a mere part of scripture? It is almost as if some of us pick and choose which scriptures we want to believe and follow through.

Did we forget that every book, verse, and word in The Holy Bible is crucial to a holy life, an eternal life, and a life with Jesus Christ himself? Or did we just start ignoring that voice of truth in our minds reminding us of the discipline we sometimes hate to hear?

In that case, baptism is just another important aspect that we need to follow.

I understand it is not easy for everyone to make that choice for themselves when the devil is in your ear telling you that you are unworthy, which is why I want to remind you of how worthy you are before I inform you of the importance of baptism.

We are told over and over how Jesus is our savior, but what does that actually mean? It means that God himself saw the suffering that we as people on earth face every day. He poured out his mighty spirit unto a virgin and gave her a child born into this sinful world just as we are and sent him out to remind us of the word and promises from OUR father.

In case that just seems completely normal to you, think about it– would you send your only Son into the world to be tortured, beaten, falsely accused, and hung on a cross?

Despite all the wrong things done to Jesus, he still asked his father, our father to forgive us (Luke 23:34). Has anything changed since that day? Well of course much has changed, but have the promises of God changed? God forbid it. Despite Jesus dying on the cross and being buried, he still rose again with the same love if not more in his heart for us.

You might be thinking by now this is a long read, yet nothing to do with baptism, but I promise I am heading somewhere.

When he rose again what is it that Jesus himself told his disciples (Luke 24:47)? And in return what was it that he gave them? The promises of God in return for our repantance (Luke 24:49).

Now if Jesus can die, rise again, and still give us the promises of God, then we should be able to give ourselves to him.

Baptism is a beautiful choice.

It is the choice of surrender, a devotion that you yourself have chosen to give over to Jesus.

You are accepting all he has to offer and asking for forgiveness for all you have done.

Well if The Bible says I’m saved if I just confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9) then why is it important to be baptized?

How can you confess if you don’t believe? How can you believe without receiving, and how can you receive without making a choice to receive him? (Mark 16:16)

The bottom line is when you choose to receive Jesus in your heart he gives you something POWERFUL.

He gives you his spirit.

He gives you gifts, promises, salvation, and an eternal life.

I don’t know about you, but I most certainly want to live forever with a loving God, a loving father, and a forgiving father.

You are more than your past choices and are remade into a new person when you wash yourself clean in the water.

By HIS name you are made new.

IN JESUS NAME, you are made new.

You are forgiven, you are strengthened, you are restored, and you are given a miraculous gift.

The gift of The Holy Spirit, the same spirit that is within Jesus Christ himself.

I cannot comprehend all the things people go through, but I know someone who does understand. He understands your suffering, your hurt, your loss, your Temptation.

He understands.

Devoting your life to Jesus, starting with asking for forgiveness is one of the best choices you will make and have ever made.

Put on your clothing of Christ (Galatians 3:26-27) and let him do the rest.

Someone has brought to my attention that the term baptism is referred to in a couple different ways in the Bible and I would like to clarify which I am talking about.

Immersion. The dunking under water in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission or forgiveness of your sins, so that you may receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which comes from being water baptized in general. First the repentance than HIS spirit will flood you.

I do not mean this boastfully, but I have been baptized four times, and yet each time has meant something different for me. Yes one time is all it takes and I know that, but coming out of the water knowing my decision I made is such an overwhelming rush. From warm soothing water to freezing cold water I have buried my sins away. I wish I could put into vivid detail how it feels coming out of the water after knowing you just made a life changing experience for yourself, but I think it is one you have to experience on your own(;

Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots. Luke 23:34 NIV

“And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.” Luke 24:47 KJV

“And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.” Luke 24:49 NIV

“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9 NIV

“Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.” Mark 16:16 NIV

So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.” Galatians 3:26-27 NIV

“Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you WILL receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”” Acts 2:38-39 NIV

““I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.”

-Matthew 3:11

“As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him.”

-Matthew 3:16

““As they traveled along the road, they came to some water and the eunuch said, “Look, here is water. What can stand in the way of my being baptized?”

And he gave orders to stop the chariot. Then both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water and Philip baptized him. When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him again, but went on his way rejoicing.”

Acts 8:36, 38-39 NIV

“We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.”

Romans 6:4

“And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.”

Acts 22:16 NIV

Glory to God

Sorry for the delay

I am sorry to everyone for the delay. I just wanted to let everyone know God is getting ready to use us for his glory. I cannot wait for this to be official. But as I patiently wait I am reminded that official or not God can still use us to share his wisdom and love. I am so thankful for everyone who is a part of HAPPINESS WITHIN THE SOUL. Don’t forget to send me your prayer requests, I love praying for everyone and reading what y’all have to share!

Glory to God

In the HIGHEST!

Where do you belong?

1 Peter 4:12-16

“Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler. However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.”

Do you ever find yourself conflicted between “do what is best for you” and “what would Jesus want you to do?” It is so easy to get caught up between the two, especially when many people around you are giving you the wrong advice. Do not get me wrong, the same people that tell you “do what is best for you” may have what they think to be “the best intentions” for you. But, is anyone’s intentions better than our God Almighty? I first want to give two scenarios for you to keep in the back of your mind.

Background: Both Molly and Jim have one particular thing in common. Both of them have turned their lives to Christ.

Scenario 1: Molly’s mom Beth has been addicted to drugs since before Molly was born. Beth and Molly were in the same rehabilitation center together when molly was 4 months old and born addicted to cocaine.

Scenario 2: Jim’s mom Alena has been facing alcohol abuse for 12 years. His mom not only has an alcohol addiction, but she fights manic bi-polar disorder. With Alena’s disorder, she feels the need to take an occasional Xanax to “calm herself down.” On the days that Alena does not have her medication or self-medication, she can get very psychically abusive with Jim.

Conclusion: Being grown and moved away from home, both Molly and Jim have devoted their lives, marriages, and parenting towards Jesus Christ. Recently and all of the sudden both Molly’s and Jim’s mother would like to be a part of their lives again now. Both mothers are now sober and Jim’s mom is in anger management classes. Neither of their mothers have gave a sincere apology other than “I’m sorry, I just needed a minute. Could we start over?”

If you have not noticed by now, both Molly and Jim are conflicted with an unsettling situation.

Making Jesus your source of Love

Dear Jesus, I pray anyone who reads this takes it in and reflects it inwardly and outwardly for your glory.

JESUS! What a powerful and sweet name. There is truly no other name with such authority.

“No one is like you, Lord;
you are great,
and your name is mighty in power” Jeremiah 10:6.

Ponder this question while reading:

What is your main source of love? Maybe your love comes from reading, biking, or even shopping. After this I hope everyone will be able to boldly affirm their main love source as Jesus Christ himself.

Even though, Jesus does not need us we need him desperately. Despite our need for him, there is nothing that we can bring or have brought to Jesus that he needs. We owe him everything to him and he owes us nothing. Why do we often expect things in return? Selfishness. When we lose sight of making God our love source we start making other people or, even material things our source of love. Yet, since God is love he chooses to provide and be faithful to us–also showing us forgiveness for this selfishness. His grace and mercy shown to us is like no other, all because of his deep love for us. He is Jehovahjireh. Whatever it is we need the Lord is always faithful to provide through grace and blessings. We often partake in the idea that we chose him, but that could not be farther from the truth. “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you” John 15:16. Men and women of God stop listing Jesus as the second one in your heart and start placing him as first. Remember he already chose you. Do not place him on the back burner of your heart, for he is an all-knowing, and powerful God. He already knows what we are going to say or what we may be thinking even before we know ourselves– so there is no point and trying to hide it from him. Give Jesus the glory he deserves, by not only loving like him, but making him your source of love. You will be blessed abundantly through his love when you take this step with him. If God has placed something on your heart that you have been using as a source of love, then what better time to pray a prayer of repentance.

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for this message today and I hear your words. I am sorry that I have been selfish recently or in the past, but I ask that you forgive my selfishness. Whatever I have placed at the top of my heart in the place of you I ask that you reign over it. You are a powerful and mighty God, and there is no point in trying to place things ahead of you. You are the Alpha and Omega, the one who was, and is, and is to come. I give you all the praise and glory Jesus. From this moment on, I will place you as number ONE in my heart and the reason that I love while loving like you. THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORD AND FOR YOUR FORGIVNESS!

In Jesus name,

“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Luke 6:38

Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Psalms 51:10

Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.” Psalms 139:4

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8

“And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the Lord it shall be seen.” Genesis 22:14

“Who has ever given to God,
that God should repay them?” Romans 11:35

Who has a claim against me that I must pay?
Everything under heaven belongs to me.” Job 41:11

Glory to God

Life in Color

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your endless love and mercy. Sometimes my mind is so stuck on being focused on the dreary and gloomy things, that I forget to live my life in color. I pray that you help me to remain focused on the beautiful colors of the fruit you produce. I ask these things by your authority to give you praise, glory and honor. In your name Jesus I pray. Amen.

The Journey of Life is a miraculous mystery.

Each human that walks the Earth has a predestined journey whether being good or bad. “The Lord works out everything to its proper end—even the wicked for a day of disaster” Proverbs 16:4. With each of our paths being different and constantly changing it is hard to fathom a journey beyond our own. Although each journey is different each person faces hardships and difficulties that God leads us out of.

Thank God yesterday is gone.

The Lord always answers our prayers by giving us a new day to start with. Being bound by shackles and chains of sin is draining and truly miserable. God does not want us to be weakened and drained by the ways of life, which is why he promises to give us rest. “In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat—for he grants sleep to those he loves” Proverbs 127:2.

We all make mistakes; however, God forgives us.

God may carry us to a cross roads in our life that brings us to our knees with heavy hearts and crushed souls, but this is not punishment. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” Romans 3:23. “But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it” Ephesians 4:7. God brings us to the crossroads for a choice of growth. God loves to see and know we are spiritually growing in his spirit, and not living according to our own fleshly desires. “Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God,” Hebrews 6:1.

When we are too weak to lift our head and eyes to Christ, he has answers.

When it takes tremendous work just to get ourselves to breathe, he has answers. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light” Matthew 11:28-30. God promises rest for our souls, yet in times of trouble we cannot find strength. We must let God pick up our heads and lift them to him, our Lord who promises us help and rest. “Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken” Psalms 62:1-2. He picks up the broken and carries them in his arms to a safe place in his presence. The Lord replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest” Exodus 33:14.

Are you at a stage of fallen hope?

Life has a way of shouting at us with the negative things rather than the positive. Am I going to make it to work on time? Why was he praised for the same thing I did last week? Is this ever going to end? Why does this always happen to me? All questions that can lead us into a fallen hope. We often times let others have a say so in our everyday emotions. Do not lose sight of happiness, or be thrown into a fit of rage by others wrong doings or hurtful words. Although self-control and kindness can be tough to produce sometimes, God wants us to stay faithful in all circumstances. HAVE HOPE and trust in him; God only wants us producing good and pure fruits. It is easy to let our minds be consumed with everyday negativity, whether that be at work, school, or even home. “Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes” Psalms 37:7. Trust in the Lord and let him fill you with all the fruits of The Holy Spirit. Stand strong in your faith in him and know he will never let evil win. As a wise woman once told me “you may feel like you lost the battle, but God is going to win your war!”

Be Still.

If we ask God for things we need he will make sure they happen according to his perfect timing. We can get so caught up in wanting things done in the moment we want them done that, we forget to stop and remember God knows what is best for us. He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth” Psalms 46:10. It may not be in the timing we want, but if we ask God for things with pure intentions he will make sure they happen according to his perfect timing and will.

Do you KNOW God or KNOW OF God?

Being close to God and understanding what we mean to him is important. It is our job as Christ followers to know God personally with great understanding and obedience. We must know we are children of the King, citizens of Heaven, and heirs of The Kingdom. We have been adopted into God’s family, rescued from darkness, and cleansed by his blood. Each individual knows of God, our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. God has chosen us to know him more intimately; whether some believe in him or not, each individual knows of GOD. The real question to ponder is, how well do we personally KNOW GOD? In order to know God personally we need to ask for MORE of his presence, mercy, grace, and understanding.

Trust in the Lord.

I had a dream about a week or so ago that really stuck with me. I was at the very top of a magnolia tree, (one like in my grand-parents yard,) and I knew I was going to fall. I kept hearing the Lord say to me “just trust me,” as I fell through each branch the Lord kept repeating himself. By the time I made it to the bottom of the tree I landed completely on my feet. When I woke up I knew God was informing me to trust him. Although I did not have a specific thing in mind that I needed to trust him for, I still knew he meant in all things to trust him. “He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake” Psalms 23:2-3.

All things work together

Maybe you feel like you do not belong, or no one understands, and nothing is going to get better. Whatever your circumstance may be God has already been working and paving the next steps in your path for your journey. All of our sins have been forgiven and we have been reborn in Christ Jesus. His blood washed our sins away and cleansed us white as snow. “And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God” 1 Corinthians 6:11. Rise up from the chains of gloominess and sin– let Jesus bring you comfort.

Life in Color

It is time to stop living our lives in a black and white day-to-day basis. God has given us eyes full of color to see the light beyond the dark. We cannot walk through life only seeing a grey and miserable world, fogged by our own burdens, troubles, and worries. Let God bring you comfort and stability in his presence and word. Our journey will have cross roads and obstacles, but God always provides a way out for us. Do not let you mind bog you down with lies and deceit. Jesus has overcome the world, and death as well. Let God be for you and walk through the world in color. Look beyond the gloomy grey life painted directly in front of you, and find the blues, and yellows of your journey. “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” John 16:33.

“Makes a man a fool to think he can make it alone” -Travis Tritt

a2e9f7a848dc2c247a9602ea5c1f535a--unity-cross-wedding-wedding-unity-ceremony-ideasOne of the best blessings given is the love of a woman. The true love of a woman is a never-ending love–with a million sparks of opportunities. A woman full of love will do anything in her power to make her love as full as the moon. A love sweeter than honey, and a woman with a heart of gold is almost as rare as a four-leaf clover. The woman who loves you like Jesus is a rare kind of love, and should not be taken lightly. This is not a love to be sought after, but if you found it sooner rather than later–consider yourself blessed.

A true holy woman can be the rescue you never knew you needed. A woman who brings you closer to Jesus while loving you, all the same, will fill your life with the uttermost joy. You will watch a woman learn to love you more and more each day, yet it will seem completely natural to her. She will love you unconditionally and may hug you a little tighter some days just because she needed it. You will feel on top of a mountain when she meets you at the door after a long day.  A love as warm and soft as a freshly baked cookie is not something to indulge completely into, but a continuous process of growing. “Therefore, we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day” 2 Corinthians 4:16.

This is the woman who will blush at a corny joke no matter her age, yet will give you a list of chores the next day. Learn how to speak her love language as Dr. Gary Chapman explained it best. She will be gentle hearted with a kind soul and you must treat her delicately. Some days you may not understand everything she is crying about or why she is mad, but that is when you hold her tight and love her anyway. A God evolved relationship will not possess the same selfishness as getting angry at her; staying focused on God is the important glue to your relationship puzzle.

Your first year together may consist of burnt dinners followed by her tears, but that is when you realize her effort and eat the food anyway. The second year will most likely try to gain the upper-hand by bogging your minds down with stress. Money, bills, material things–no item nor worldly possession is more important than your love for one another. “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth,” Colossians 3:2. By the time the third-year rolls around you both will need to replenish your love with a weekend away together. If you both find yourselves happier together after the trip away then you succeeded. This weekend away does not equal the pure bliss you will feel after leaving church on a Sunday morning, but it will help you spend some quality time together. Once the calendar marks four years, you will begin to settle yourselves and start thinking about what kind of future you want together. The fourth year is not meant to accomplish all the planned things in this exact year, but just simply planning. Do not fear what the future of your love together holds. “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made in perfect love,” according to 1 John 4:18. As long as you both keep your relationship full of faith in God, everything will work out immeasurably.

A woman who loves you like Jesus is going to stand by you through some of the most difficult times in your life, so cherish her dearly. This will be the same woman you will come home to with dogs barking and kids crying, yet your mind will be at ease knowing how completely surrounded by love you will feel. “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

The secret to a good relationship and friendship

I once read a book called The Five Love Languages by Dr. Gary Chapman explaining how each person feels loved in the most various ways according to their own personal primary love language. According to Dr. Chapman, there are so called five love languages. The stated love languages are known as: Words of Affirmation, Quality time, Receiving Gifts, Acts of service, and Physical Touch. In order to keep a healthy and growing relationship with someone you must keep God near your heart as well as learn to speak along with act on their primary love language.

Although you may figure out someone’s primary language very quickly, the more important thing is to learn to speak their language. After learning how to speak and express your friend or partner’s primary love language, it is essential to follow through. You do not have to by any means change your own love language in the process of learning theirs. It is only important to learn their language so you can often speak their love language while trying to display in what ways you love and care for them based on what you acquire about their language. Additionally, that person must likewise learn your primary language so that they may do the same in return. This will help to keep the relationship growing. While reading Dr. Chapman’s book I immediately knew what he was saying was the key factor in a loving relationship and friendship. However, another important yet controversial factor is God. Without God, I would never know what it means to love, to be kind, or to even care enough to learn someone’s love language. We will say your best friends primary love language is words of affirmation. An example and important way to show them your love would be to show up at his/her soccer game and shout for them as they score a point, after the game you may then remind them how well they played or maybe even how proud you are of them. In God’s Holy Bible it states, “Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad” which comes from Proverbs 12:25. This verse would only be an example towards words of affirmation, but as God is important it is also important to him that we speak good things also known as one of Dr. Chapman’s love languages. To keep a healthy growing relationship, you must always keep God in your heart so that you may speak fluently in your own and other’s love language.

A love awaiting….

A young love; Janis being only 15 and Otis being 16 going on 17. Two lovebirds also known as a match made in Heaven. A winter and summer together seemed like a lifetime forever. Until a little thing called lust came Janis’s way. As for the lust, we’ll call him Bobby. Otis only being a typical teenage boy, unaffected and unaware of her deep cry for more love and time together pushed her farther away. Trying to hold on to their incomprehensible love she grew weak and drained until she fell in. Thinking there was much more love out there in the world for her: fell into a tragic deceit being lust. Bobby came in at a coincidental time and swept her off her feet as though he was everything she was missing that whole time. Months passed by and her mind started to wake up realizing this wasn’t what she truly needed or wanted but she felt as if it were too late to return to what she was really missing and holding onto that whole time, Otis. Otis distraught and jealous went out for his own version of healing and revenge while turning to other types of deceit. As the months went on Janis continued to be unhappy with Bobby who too was also acting as a typical teenage boy and chased any girl who appealed to the eye. Young and dumb Janis stayed with Bobby thinking if she could fix him into the image she had created he would then be that perfect guy she had always fantasized about. Looking for Otis in all the wrong places. Again, once that fantasy had faded realizing she could not change anyone who does not think they need changing, she turned to more deception and foolish ways of healing. Time passed while growing apart from Bobby was inevitable and their what seemed to be love, but being just a lust in search of a stronger love had finally failed. Because Janis had already found the love she was searching for, a long time ago. Through constant struggles and depression Janis still had one rock-solid comforter. Aside from drugs and alcohol, she tried to fill the void with; Otis was that rock. Despite the heartache and pain, Janis caused for Otis as well as her own self their love still remained. Another year passed and Janis knew she still could not imagine her life without her lover and comforter. 1000 years apart although they seemed Janis got down on her knees, looked up to Heaven and prayed to God anyways. Knowing this was her last option otherwise her heart might not make it. God heard Janis’s cry out and responded to her accordingly. For the first time in her few yet long-lived years Janis cried out tears of joy knowing that her soul-mate would return to her in a few short but long feeling years. When God spoke to Janis he told her the life she must pursue for herself while making God that rock that she had tried placing upon Otis. In the meantime, while digging deeper into the truth of Christ Jesus and the truth of love. Although, this reward came with a price: Janis knew what she had to do. So, Janis gave Otis a heart filled promise to hold onto along with that promise she also gave him a grace period. Janis told Otis he could get everything off his chest for that period of time apart and then when it came time to find their way back to each-other they would, and she would forgive him. Janis fighting a hard battle with the devil and some rather unspeakable demons will not stop until she has brought herself and her love to an amazing God-filled relationship. Although prayers always lift up the Spirit, she has turned her hope over to God Almighty. And a love awaits. Based on Psalms 40:1 & Luke 1:45…..
